“I did it, I FINALLY bloody did it. After many, many years of being overweight/obese, I have this morning reached my 40kg weight loss goal. It did take me longer than anticipated due to a very stressful last six months, but I was determined to get there.
I would just like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for taking me on this journey it’s been amazing. You have helped me regained my confidence, my self-worth, and for that I am truly grateful. My beautiful family has their mummy & wife back. I now have the confidence to wear things I could only ever dream of.
So today I said goodbye to 203cm/40inches in total of my body. Down 5-6 dress sizes. So proud of what I have achieved. If I can do it, anyone can.
The look of love on my 7 year old son’s face when he hugged me one day and realised he could get his arms all the way around me! My kids are everything and this made me feel like I had accomplished something special!”
