  3. Making the realisation of your goal a high enough priority to prevent you from becoming distracted from actually achieving it – How much do you want it?

BUT… there’s one more critically important factor:

  1. Once you know what you want, why you want it, and you are serious in your desire to achieve it, you must…


A successful mindset is one where you choose the goal, and you keep choosing it. You don’t choose ‘for’ it one day, and choose ‘against’ it the next. You stick with it… stay on track and don’t deviate from the goal. You are single minded. Nothing will stand in the way and prevent your success. You are totally committed. You have a very high level of desire!

A failure mindset occurs when you are unsure of what it is you want, and why it is you want it. You may well want it enough to make it a high priority today; but tomorrow… you choose something else. You change your mind about what it is you want before you get it. The end result; Self-Sabotage. You never achieve your goal. The problem is that you are not single minded. You choose against success because of a lack of commitment… to yourself! Your level of desire is not sufficient to succeed.

Having a successful mindset is critically important, but on its own it will not ensure you achieve your goal. Mindset can give you the “why” but it does not give you the “how”... You also need a plan that will work. One that is understandable, logical, reasonable, and above all… acceptable. When you have a plan that you can see will work, and you understand why it will work… getting and keeping a successful mindset is so much easier.

At an extreme weight loss seminar you will get both. All you need is an open mind and a high level of desire, then leave the rest up to us.

When you think about ‘mindset’ it’s about the opinions/beliefs/desires/fears you hold in your mind right now, in the present. When you consider the mindset required to achieve a goal; in this instance, weight loss, the goal is in the future… but the mindset is in the present. The trick to achieving the goal is to stay in the right mindset in the present, until the goal is no longer in the future, but also in the present. This prevents self-sabotage before it occurs!


Mindset…. You become mentally fixated on the goal. You fantasise about what it will be like when it becomes your reality. It’s something you really want to achieve. You believe you can achieve it… there is no doubt in your mind. You are confident. It’s almost like the desired outcome is a foregone conclusion. The goal is in the future, but the mindset required to achieve it is in the present. The more fixated you become on the goal, and the higher your desire for the goal, the more likely you are to achieve it.

With a high level of desire, 

combined with a single minded approach 

plus a workable, acceptable plan… 

success is virtually guaranteed!

You want it… you believe you can get it… and the goal is in the future… You are free from doubt… Your attention is fixed on reasons to succeed, rather than excuses for failure… then you go for it. You follow the steps required to achieve the goal… all ya gotta do is follow the bouncing ball…

This is the formula for success.
