WOW! That’s all we can say!!
Ashley sent us some photos and we HAD to share them along with some really inspiring words…
“Even though I still have a road to travel, I have attached a photo of myself taken a few days after the Seminar (very reluctantly, and only because somewhere in the notes or maybe James mentioned the importance of recording it… so glad I did now), and the other one was taken a few minutes ago. I must say it gave me a shock to see this as I had not looked at the before shot since it was taken.
“While I do feel some pride, it is mainly relief that I am feeling. I was very ill back in November and spent a week in hospital where it was suggested by two “specialist doctors” for me to consider bariatric surgery, so I was in a very dark place until the seminar in February.
“I was very skeptical going in as I have done every diet known to man before, but I made sure I sat in the front row in the middle, so that I could give James my full attention. When James asked for a show of hands to show the people who were attending because they knew someone who had success with the program, I was shocked when I turned around and saw the number of hands.
James had me from that moment forward and I haven’t looked back since. In fact, I was one of the very last people to leave that weekend as I wanted to hear all the questions and gain as much from the weekend as I possibly could.
I have not drifted from the plan at all and am not planning to, I am here for the long haul!”
An amazing effort and result, Ashley! And we love the words on your shirt… “Be a good human.” So true Ashley, thank you so much for sharing your journey with us!
